These sponsorships are not tax deductible.

We offer sponsorship opportunities which benefit your company through a means of advertising.

Additionally, aligning your brand with the Wagon Wheel conveys a message of loyalty, a vested interest in education, healthy communities, a strong economy and the arts.

Flagship Sponsor - $50k/yr, 3-year minimum
Your benefits include:

Your company logo and/or name displayed on WWT Center St. sign.
Your company logo and/or name given prominence on logo and ALL printed advertisements and materials for ALL shows (Billboards, Newspapers, Posters, etc).
Your company logo and/or name will appear on the WWT home page along with a clickable link to your website.
Your company logo and/or name will appear on front of ticket stock.

Presenting Sponsor - $7500, company sponsors one show
Your benefits include:

500 vouchers to be redeemed for any day of the sponsored production ($17,000 value based on $34 single ticket price, $10,000 value at group rate).
Company logo on ALL print advertising for production selected including press release.
Company name mentioned in all radio advertising for production selected.
Space available in lobby for company display and material distribution.
Announcement of company sponsorship prior to opening of each performance of sponsored show.
Link to your company’s website listed on WWT website for sponsored show.
Full-page ad in summer season playbill distributed to over 40,000 patrons ($1,195 value).

Partial Presenting Sponsor - $4250, company sponsors one show
Your benefits include:

250 vouchers to be redeemed for any day of the sponsored production ($8,500 value based on $34 single ticket price, $5,000 value at group rate).
Company logo on ALL print advertising for production selected.
Space available in lobby for company display and material distribution.
Announcement of company sponsorship prior to opening of each performance.
Half-page ad in summer season playbill distributed to over 40,000 patrons ($495 value).

Young Actors Legacy Sponsor - $5000 (2 opportunities, 1-6 grade and 7-12 grade)
Your benefits include:

Company supports youth education in our community.
Company logo on all print advertising for production selected including press release.
Space available in lobby for company display and material distribution.
Announcement of company sponsorship prior to children’s performance.
Link to your company’s website listed on WWT website on Youth Workshop page.
20 complimentary tickets to performance.

Opening Night Red Carpet Gala Sponsor — $1000/individual show, $5000/season
Your benefits include:

Exclusive customer and employee appreciation martini and cocktail party prior to the show.
Red Carpet treatment with paparazzi light bulbs flashing upon entrance.
Interact with a Wagon Wheel celebrity alum or current cast members (based on availability).
Space available in lobby for company advertisement and material distribution.
20 complimentary tickets to sponsored opening night show.

Ticket Stock Sponsor — $5,000
Your benefits include:

Company logo on the back of ticket stock (100,000) tickets for Summer Season, Holiday Show and all concerts (.05/impression, $5000 value).

Centre Stage Pub Sponsorship — $5000/yr, 2-year agreement
Your benefits include:

Your company will become the exclusive sponsor of the Centre Stage Pub. You may decorate the bar to your specifications and distribute advertising to 100,000 patrons/year.

Concession Stand Sponsorship — $5000/yr, 2-year agreement
Your benefits include:

Your company will become the exclusive sponsor of the concession stand. You may decorate the concession stand to your specifications and distribute advertising to 100,000 patrons/year.
